Terms and Conditions – Parent Coaching/ Courses
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling. By registering for a course, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. A completed registration form and full payment (or deposit, where applicable) are required to secure your place.
1.2. Payment plans may be available for certain courses. By agreeing to a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full amount by the agreed dates.
1.3. Course fees are non-transferrable and must be paid in full before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1. Client Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus an administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or non-attendance once the course begins.
2.2. Organiser Cancellations:

If the course is cancelled by the provider due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, insufficient numbers), a full refund or transfer to a future course will be offered.
2.3. We reserve the right to reschedule course dates or substitute instructors if necessary. Participants will be informed in advance.
3. Course Participation and Responsibilities
3.1. You are responsible for your own learning, engagement, and participation throughout the course.
3.2. All course materials are for personal use only. You may not copy, share, or distribute materials without written permission.
3.3. You agree to behave respectfully toward the facilitator and other participants. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
3.4. You are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or sensitive information shared by other participants during group sessions.
4. Nature of Coaching and Disclaimer
4.1. Parent coaching is not therapy, counselling, or a medical intervention. It is an educational and supportive process designed to empower parents with tools, strategies, and insight.
4.2. The facilitator is not responsible for any decisions you make or actions you take as a result of the course content.
4.3. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, or your family is in crisis, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional or appropriate services.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
5.1. All personal data provided during registration will be stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5.2. In group settings (e.g., group coaching or forums), we encourage participants to respect others’ privacy and avoid sharing sensitive discussions outside of the course.
5.3. Private coaching sessions (if included) will be held in confidence, except where disclosure is legally required (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All course materials, videos, slides, workbooks, and tools are the intellectual property of the course provider unless otherwise stated.
6.2. You may use these materials for personal educational purposes only and may not copy, reproduce, or share them publicly or commercially.
7. Media Consent
7.1. Sessions may occasionally be recorded for quality assurance or training purposes. You will be notified in advance and may opt out of recordings.
7.2. Testimonials or feedback may be used for marketing purposes with your written consent.
8. Liability
8.1. The course provider will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the course.
8.2. You participate at your own risk and agree to take full responsibility for your decisions and actions.

By enrolling in this parent coaching course, you confirm that:
