Please find the right class day and time for you. For many classes, you can book in easily via our calendar which uses a third-party online booking system. If you are new to the website, you will be asked to create an account. It’s quick and secure and ensures your space in our popular classes.
Students must arrive for class at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time. Failure to do this may result in the student not being admitted into the class or your place may be given away to someone else.
Class Packages must be used before the expiry date.
Be sure to tick to receive ’emails & notifications’ when you sign up, so our booking system can send you reminders on expiry dates and class changes.
Occasionally Pregnancy Classes in a package may be rolled over to the Postnatal Courses, on a case-by-case basis – please check directly with your teacher.
Cancellation of Classes:
In general 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of any classes you have booked on to – so that someone else on the waiting list can take the space. Any missed sessions without the appropriate notice will be charged as if attended.
Please log in to your account to cancel – And Exhale cannot accept cancellations in person, via email, telephone or text.
However as a courtesy, if you are cancelling within the 48-hour window please do let your teacher know too, in addition to cancelling your space via our website. If you do not attend the session, you booked online, your ability to book online can be suspended.
Teachers occasionally change at short notice; no refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 48-hour cancellation rule still applies.
6 class packages have an 8-week expiry.
10 class packages have a 14-week expiry.
Check the timetable for the latest details or speak to your teacher directly and be sure to use all your classes up before they expire.
Cancellation of Courses:
All courses – such as our yoga and parenting course need to be booked and paid for in full, in advance to secure your space.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the course dates are not refunded.
In advance of 7 days will receive a 50% refund, within 14 days of notification of your cancelation.
