I really enjoy going to my pregnancy yoga classes each week. It’s friendly, calming and really helps with growing aches. Tracy is super knowledgable and helpful.

Hello, wonderful mums! Are you feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of motherhood? Do you dream of a peaceful, stress-free home where connection and joy come naturally? You’re not alone—and I’m here to help.
I’m Tracy Pink, a certified parenting coach and yoga teacher specialising in pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, and children’s yoga based in Monmouth. My mission is to support mums who feel trapped in the chaos of parenting, constantly putting out fires, and longing for a more connected, fulfilling relationship with their children.
Parenting is one of the most rewarding yet challenging journeys. Many of us unknowingly carry patterns from our childhood that influence how we parent today. Through gentle parenting strategies and mindful parenting techniques, I help you break free from outdated beliefs and build a parenting approach rooted in empathy, communication, and confidence.
Imagine a home where your children feel safe expressing their emotions, where you feel calm even during the toughest moments, and where parenting feels like a joyful partnership rather than a daily struggle. This transformation is possible!
Through one-on-one coaching for parents and couples coaching, I provide tailored support within Monmouth to help you:
Whether you’re a first-time mum or navigating the teenage years, I provide the tools and guidance to help you feel empowered in your parenting journey.
In addition to parent coaching, I offer yoga classes for mums to help you reconnect with your body and mind:
Yoga is more than just exercise—it’s a tool for mental clarity, relaxation, and self-care, giving you the energy and patience to parent with ease.
At And Exhale, we believe in the power of community. Connect with other mums through our group classes, workshops, and online forums. Share your parenting experiences, gain insights, and feel supported every step of the way.
You don’t have to navigate motherhood alone. Let’s take this journey together—one deep breath at a time.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful weekend at Rooted & Refreshed. We’re so glad that we booked onto it. The campsite was so beautiful with the stunning wooden roundhouse and amazing handmade benches. The whole team made us feel so welcome and relaxed. We loved absolutely everything: yoga, walks, forest school activities, smores and music by the campfire, looking through the telescope, crafting, making new friends and swinging in the hammocks. The Magicians Kitchen food was also a real highlight. Their food was colourful, nourishing and we loved how we were able to get involved with making pizzas, bread and veggie burgers throughout the weekend. They also ensured that there was plenty of choice so that everyone’s dietary needs and preferences were met. It was an absolute joy to watch the children playing and see the passion from the whole Rooted & Refreshed team to create such a special space and experience for everyone. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Rooted and Refreshed yoga retreat was one of the most magical weekends we have had as a family. A real community feel, family friendly event with everything provided. My favorite thing was the moon ceremony, my sons was stargazing with Mark. Sensational food, great company and lots of fun for all ages. My husband liked the relaxed vibe and not feeling pressured to do anything, with activites available if you wanted to join in. Thank you team R & R from the Powell-Aubrey’s 🙂

I have attended Tracy’s pregnancy and postnatal sessions and have found them to be incredibly relaxing, enlightening and engaging. Tracy goes out of her way to give personalised advice and support each week and can literally help with any pregnancy/postnatal issues! Thank you Tracy for providing such a lovely space X

Tracy has been my go-to for both pre and post natal yoga sessions. Her classes are a highlight of my week and it’s a fantastic way to relax, destress, and unload the pressures of motherhood and pregnancy. She pays special attention to the needs of each woman and plans the classes accordingly. Highly recommend!

I started yoga with Tracy when I was 16 weeks with my first baby. She is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend her yoga sessions. Tracy really helped me throughout my pregnancy, not only with an excellent yoga session each week but with helpful advice to support me throughout my pregnancy. This included exercises I could do at home, to buying a pregnancy ball. I really felt I could be myself during these sessions even if that meant having a little cry because of hormones. I am looking forward to joining her postnatal yoga group soon!

I have been attended Tracy’s classes for the past four years (first pregnancy yoga, then postnatal with baby, then postnatal without baby) and they have long been a highlight of my week. Tracy is brilliant at tailoring the classes to participants, taking into account areas you’d like to work on and any modifications necessary for eg injury or illness. I always feel accepted in class regardless of mood, and I always leave feeling relaxed, recharged but also as though I’ve had a bit of a workout!

We are delighted to share the school’s recommendation for Tracy, who has been providing Yoga lessons at our primary school for the past eighteen months. Her exceptional teaching style and dedication have left a lasting impact on our children, making her a valuable asset to our school community.
Tracy’s lessons are engaging, capturing the attention of children from Nursery to Year 6. The incorporation of mindfulness activities has been particularly commendable, fostering a sense of tranquillity and focus among our pupils.
One standout quality of Tracy is her meticulous lesson planning. Each session is thoughtfully structured with a clear progression, seamlessly building on previous learning. This ensures that students not only enjoy the classes but also experience a sense of achievement as they progress in their yoga practice.
We are impressed with Tracy’s excellent subject knowledge, which is evident in her ability to tailor her teaching approach to suit the diverse needs of children across different age groups. Her versatility in working with Nursery to Year 6 students showcases a deep understanding of child development and a keen awareness of age-appropriate activities.
Beyond her technical expertise, Tracy brings a warm and nurturing energy to her classes, creating a positive and inclusive environment for all. The children thoroughly enjoy her lessons, and the benefits of enhanced focus, flexibility, and mindfulness have been apparent in their overall well-being.
In conclusion, as a school we wholeheartedly recommend Tracy for her contributions to our school’s well-being curriculum. Her dedication to promoting physical and mental well-being through yoga is truly commendable, and I am confident that her expertise will continue to positively impact the lives of our children.

My husband and I have just finished Tracy’s 12 module The Ultimate Parenting Sucess course. We were struggling with a few aspects of our 3 and 5 year old’s behaviours, nothing major but the constant battles meant we had stopped enjoying parenting. We’ve seen a huge shift in all our behaviours and moods over the last 6 months and are all so much happier, calmer and understand each other better. Tracy really got to know us and our children (despite it all being on Zoom, it really didn’t matter that we never met), she made us feel heard and less alone with our struggles, she asked the difficult questions and helped us find answers, she had loads of practical tips that really worked from her parenting/coaching/teaching background, and she made us laugh with her funny stories. Having someone to offload to and someone to provide personalised advice was invaulable. We are a much happier family thanks to Tracy and have learnt so many life and pareting skills, we would definitely recommend her to any parents needing support, or just wanting to be the best parent they can be.
